Return & Refund Policy

At Kitti Kids, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

How to Initiate a Return All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions through the portal.

Important Notice We currently only accept returns for orders shipped to US customers. Orders shipped outside the US are not eligible for returns at this time.

Return Window Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order (from the date tracking shows "delivered"). Customers who purchased Redo return coverage at checkout are eligible for an extended 30-day return window. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of submitting the return request. For split package orders, the 14-day window starts from the delivery date of the final package.

Eligibility Items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Bodysuits
Intimates & lingerie
Swimwear
Sale & final sale items

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. Customers who purchased Redo return coverage at checkout are exempt from return shipping costs — their return label is provided at no charge.

Restocking Fee Returns that do not meet the above eligibility criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–10 business days for your refund to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at kittikidsdesign@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
