Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $75
Estimated Delivery Times
- US Products: 2–5 business days
- Overseas Products: 5–12 business days
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping Destinations We ship to all US addresses, including P.O. Boxes, US Military bases (APO/FPO), and US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands).
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at kittikidsdesign@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
